Clearwater Brookes have worked with us to provide training on managerial development, selling skills, team building, presentation skills and assessed the team ethos through psychometric testing to facilitate further team development. The training was spread over a month but several months preparatory work and follow up was allowed for. This had the benefit of analysing potential issues and areas to be focused on during the course itself. The subsequent work helped to drive the work that came out of the training days. This support was unobtrusive and dealt with sensitively to allow us to perform our day jobs and adopt the output from the course.
Our face to face Clearwater Brookes trainer's obvious experience and people skills shone through. Their ability to put people at ease helped the less experienced and those nervous of group situations and gave encouragement to those to speak out and air their views.
