Clearwater Brookes has been employed as a consultant/course provider by the Scottish Borders Council since 2003. Clearwater Brookes has run a wide range of courses from Managing Underperformance to Inspirational Leadership.

These courses have been designed to meet our needs both in terms of content and delivery and have underpinned much of our leadership development programme.
