altThese courses have been designed to allow delegates to learn across a wide range of areas pertinent to the role of the manager. When signing up to the programme, there is an option to complete a personality questionnaire to discover more about how individual strengths can be optimised whilst building on other areas.

There is also the opportunity to work with a coach during the programme on an individual basis to discuss individual plans, however both of these options can be offered as a separate service too if additional training is not required.
  • The role of the leader – individual analysis, emotional intelligence and personal impact
  • Your personal impact – tools and techniques to realise your potential as a manager
  • Optimising Communications – managing meetings, conducting presentations, team involvement, mindmapping.
  • Using Your Team Resources – team analysis, aligning talents, alleviating barriers
  • Interview Impact – development of skills to use when recruiting staff
  • Handling Difficult Situations – assertiveness training, dealing with conflict effectively
  • Performance Management – handling appraisals effectively and dealing with non performers
  • Coaching skills – understanding coaching and situational leadership

Workshops will run in short daily or half day sessions, depending on subject topic. Courses will be priced at £100 per delegate for one day courses and £50 per half day workshops. All courses should be paid for prior to attendance. Venues will be in local areas for ease of travel. Costs quoted are exclusive of VAT.
